What is the class attendance regime?

When you study an English course in Australia, you must take into consideration that you must meet at least 80% attendance, in order to fulfil the commitments of your student visa, time tables are very flexible, depending on the school, you can study mornings, afternoon or evening; Two, four, or five days a week, for a total of 20 hours.

Diploma courses are called Vocational Education Training (VET) in Australia, they have international recognition.

How do I qualify to study a VET in Australia?

You need to have at least an Intermediate level of English. Some English colleges have direct links to VET schools.
Be at least 18 years old and have completed year 11 or 12 of high school.

Vocational schools are flexible with their time table. Classes can be done in the morning, afternoon, evening or weekends. The assistance can vary from 2 to 4 days per week, depending on what you are studying.
Vocational courses are evaluated with academic performance, which means that you must pass academic test and/or assignments to pass the course.
VET courses can last 3, 6, 12 or 24 months, depending on the specialty.
